Based on the previous year’s successful “Best of Austria meets Classic” show in the Wiener Stadthalle in 2018, the 2019 production was now an open-air concert at Schönbrunn Palace. Again, Austria’s biggest pop stars sang their hits accompanied by a classical orchestra.

The castle and the unique royal backdrop was fully incorporated into the show design as the orchestra played on a stage right in front of the palatial building. The lighting design further highlighted this setting by illuminating the transparent semi-circular roof of the stage under which the concert took place.
