The “AAMA” is the most important award in the Austrian music business. It is an annual event presented by the IFPI Austria to recognise major achievements in the national music industry. The television broadcast ceremony includes many high-level performances of national and international artists.

This year, the Amadeus Austrian Music Awards celebrated their 25th anniversary. Tom Neuwirth (better known as Conchita Wurst) and ORF presenter Andi Knoll hosted the “birthday evening” in Vienna’s Marx Halle. A total of 14 awards were presented. The “lifetime achievement” award went to the Austrian folk-pop group Seer.

The entire production design was created together with camera director and AAMA mastermind Lukas Dudzik.
